This project automated the quote generation and delivery process for Purewater NorthWest, a water treatment service provider. It generates quotes from web form submissions, creates Jobber records, and delivers quotes via email and optionally WhatsApp, significantly improving sales efficiency.
Purewater NorthWest needed to streamline their quoting process. Manually creating and sending quotes was time-consuming and inefficient. This system automated the entire workflow, from web form submission to quote delivery, improving response times, enhancing customer experience, and allowing the sales team to focus on higher-value activities.

Quote Request (Web Form): Potential clients submit quote requests through various web forms (Google Forms, Contact Form 7, JotForm, or custom React forms), providing details about their water treatment needs.
Data Capture and Processing (Google Apps Script): A Google Apps Script, triggered by form submission, captures the data. The script performs calculations (e.g., pricing based on service type and quantity) and prepares the data for quote generation and Jobber integration.
Quote Generation (PDF/Google Sheets/Docs): The system generates a quote in the chosen format (PDF, Google Sheet, or Google Doc), populating it with the client’s information and quote details.
Jobber Record Creation (Jobber API): The script uses the Jobber API to create a new client record (if needed) and a new quote in Jobber, ensuring data consistency between the generated quote and the CRM.
Quote Delivery (Email/WhatsApp): The generated quote is automatically sent to the client via email. Optionally, a notification and a link to the quote can be sent via WhatsApp for faster access and improved communication.
Notification and Logging (Email/Google Chat): The system notifies the Purewater NorthWest team via email or Google Chat when a new quote is generated. All quote activity is logged for reporting and analysis.
